Background:
14 centuries ago Islam came to the lands of China, the righteous Caliph Uthman ibn Affan (ra) sent a delegation under the command of Sa’d ibn Abi Waqqas (ra) the maternal uncle of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (saw) to China. A distance of around 5000 miles was covered to spread the message of Tawheed (Islamic monotheism) to the Emperor of China and its pagan citizens. The deputation had sailed to China via the Indian Ocean and the China Sea to the famous port of Guangzhou, they then travelled overland to Chang’an (present day Xi’an) via what was later known as the famous Silk Route. Over the centuries, Muslims spread to every part of China, but they are mostly concentrated in the country’s western regions. The highest numbers of Muslims can currently be found in Xinjiang, Gansu, Ningxia, Yunnan and Henan provinces. Today there are an estimated 150 million Muslims living in China with more than 30 000 mosques.
Over the last few days the world’s media attention has been focussing on the idolatrous religion of the Olympics. These nationalistic games are deliberately hiding the plight of the Muslims being persecuted, tortured and oppressed. Historically this monstrous manmade regime (Peoples Republic of China) has a vicious track record of systematically cleansing the country of Muslims:
·Between 1949 and 1965, under Mao's communist regime around 26 million Muslims living in China’s northwest region were killed by the Chinese army or died of starvation in a famine engineered by the regime.
· In 1964 the Chinese administration used the Muslims in the Xiang province in nuclear tests and as a result people in the region have developed deadly illnesses and more than 20 000 handicapped children have been born. 210 000 Muslims have lost their lives as a result of the tests and thousands of others contracted cancer or were left crippled.
·Since 1966 tens of thousands of Muslims have been arrested, held in camps, kept for months or even years in Chinese prisons, which are notorious for torture, solely because they want to live by their divine religion Al-Islam.
·Between 1995-1997 more than 500,000 Muslims were arrested without any reason by the Chinese authorities. During the same period more than 5 000 people died as the result of torture by the Chinese, or simply disappeared. In the late nineties hundreds of young Muslims were publicly executed and 5 000 Muslims were stripped naked and put on public display in groups of 50.
·The racist and genocidal policies continue in 21st century: Muslim women heavily pregnant are taken from their homes and forcibly sterilized under unhygienic conditions and children born outside the government’s quotas are killed. In government schools, Muslim female teachers are prohibited from wearing veils and Muslim male teachers must shave their beards. Mosques have been bulldozed down regularly. Muslim students are often deliberately served hot lunches during the holy month of Ramadan as an inducement to break the obligatory daytime fast. Muslim civil servants are required to stay at their desks at prayer time and are barred from bringing the Qur’an to work. Broadcasts of Islamic sermons are forbidden in Mosques. Signs are posted in most mosques that prohibit anyone under 18 from entering for regular prayers. Muslim farmers have to sell their crops to state agencies at lower prices as opposed to the free market where the Han (native Chinese) are allowed to trade without government interference.
t In August 2006, police broke into the home of a female Muslim Aminan Momixi while she was teaching Qur’an to 37 students - arresting her and her students which included some as young as 7 years old. Some children were not released until their parents paid fines ranging between 7000 to 10 000 Yuan (Renmibi) the average yearly salary for a Muslim is 2400 Yuan.
Last week a deadly attack on a police post caused a lot of problems for the Chinese security services especially when it wanted to put the lid on the Muslim minority. The group (based in East Turkestan) behind the organised operation has thrown the Muslim cause into the limelight and exposed the Chinese crimes, it has also demanded to set up an independent Islamic State (Caliphate) in China. Not surprisingly a similar call for the international Caliphate by sincere Muslims is also echoed in Burma, Kashmir, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Nepal and Tibet all of whom either border with China or are its neighbours. This Caliphate is not a figment of imagination it was established for 1302 years whereby people (Muslims and non-Muslims) lived under the divine laws of Allah (swt) where peace, security and all of your basic needs were provided free of charge. As one Muslim in China said “If you talk a little the Chinese cut off your arm and if you talk too much they kill you” and another Muslim said “If I tell you the truth (he whispered) they (the Chinese regime) would cut out my tongue”. With all this persecution in China of Muslims (men, women and children) it is the responsibility and obligation of Muslims all over the globe to help one another to liberate ourselves from the shackles of manmade authorities and laws.
The Messenger Muhammad (saw) said The Muslim Ummah (community) is one Ummah, to the exclusion of all others. Their land is one, their war is one, their peace is one and their trust is one. [Muslim] So whether Muslims are living in China or Chile we are obliged to support them because Allah (swt) tells us in the miraculous Qur’an:
“ Ifthey (Muslims anywhere in the world) ask you for help or support (because of a calamity, famine, earthquake, occupation, drought, oppression, to implement the Shari’ah, to liberate them from manmade laws, to establish the Khilafah, to release them from the prisons, or for Jihad etc.) in the Deen (Islamic divine way of life), then it is your duty to support them…” [EMQ 8:72].
Seek Shari'ah even if you have to go as far as China...for seeking Shari'ah is a duty on every Muslim.

Islam is Superior and nothing can match its supremacy.
